Our Chef
Thomas Dorfer comes from Carinthia and completed his training as chef there. His training as chef took him to Australia, Switzerland, and Germany. He won the German final of the Grand Prix Culinaire Taittinger in 2001. Exclusively for BRUNNER Nudel Produktion, he developed many delicious new recipes with his finely trained sense of taste, his many years of international experience, and his love of his homeland.
